Description

Your ex-girlfriend called: her parents disappeared, and her mental struggles are back. Go looking for her at her childhood home and uncover a horrible secret in this first-person psychological horror game. Search for clues, talk to strange folks, solve puzzles, run, hide, and improvise to survive.

History

Looking at the past

When I was still a teenager, I played the phenomenal Amnesia: The Dark Descent. It showed me how a small group of people could actually turn a whole genre upside down. The possibility of creating something big even if you're small, would stay in my head for a long, long time.

The games that followed

Over the years, other video games followed the path initiated by Frictional Games: Outlast, P.T., Visage, ... This demonstrated that the idea presented by Amnesia, far from being a one-time thing, had cemented itself as a fundamental concept that could be expanded by bringing new elements to the table.

Getting into action

In 2021, I took interest in Unreal Engine and in 2022, I started creating my own projects during my free time. In 2025, I started working full-time to bring Regression to life.
